Believe it or not, it’s time to turn in the application for May 2015 graduation!
You should have received the message below from TC. Since I will be the only one signing these, let’s make a plan. Please complete and leave on my door at 303B Zankel. I will review, sign, and then you can pick up next Tuesday or Thursday. Please do not bring them to me in class.
You should have 14 total classes and 32 credits. Eleven classes are program courses; the three additional courses (these are referred to as depth and breadth) are HBSK 4072 and your two non-program electives. Yes, you do include C&T 4502 for 0 credits. Triple check your math (32, 32, 32) and make sure your name reads as you want it on your diploma. If you are finishing MARP this semester, you’ll hold onto that extra sheet for your instructor to sign off later.
If you wish to participate in Commencement May 2015 and still have one class remaining, contact the Registrar for instructions. Typically you have to petition by writing a letter and one of us also writes on your behalf. No guarantees, but one course to complete and valid reasoning why you can’t attend the following May usually mean approval.
I’m not sure their link below is currently working, but you can still access the form.
Thanks for your patience as I check over these for you. I’ll leave an envelope on my door beginning this afternoon.
The deadline to file a May 2015 master’s degree application is Monday, February 2, 2015 (for Master of Arts, Master of Science, and Master of

Applications for the Master of Arts and Master of Science degrees require the advisor’s signature before submission. Please read all instructions on the degree application forms.
We will process and audit degree applications after the filing date.
This is a lengthy process as each application is audited individually.
Students will be contacted via TC email if there are any problems.
Letters verifying the degree award will be e-mailed out to those who have completed all requirements around the conferral date of May 20, 2015.
Please note this is only for students who have completed all their degree requirements. This is not meant for new students recently admitted.
